I just finished the Alpha Cycle and week one of Beta. I've lost 15 lbs. I eat healthy (5-6 times a day). The workouts are about 27-30 minutes if you stretch before and after, which I always do. I've done three rounds of insanity and always seem to hurt my back and feet. I've had no issues with FT25. I love the workouts! I'm 43 , married, have two children and in the best shape of my life! I do the workouts every morning before I get ready for work. They are as intense as you want to make them. There is a modified version of every move if you can't hang with The regular ones. I absolutely love FT25! this is he second set I've purchased. My oldest son liked it so much that he took my first set to college with him. I ordered the second set from Amazon and used my Prime membership for free two day shipping. It is much quicker than ordering from Beachbody. Do yourself a favor and start FT25 as soon as you can. The results you get will amaze you and your family/friends. Most of all, you will see quick results and feel so much better physically and mentally.

Maybe a little formulaic but still a very enjoyable read. This isn't really a mystery because, as usual, we are in with the villains from the beginning. None of the authors I read or have ever read can depict the nature of evil quite like Sandford does.

WARNING, DO NOT BUY!!!! After seeing this on shark tank I thought finally something I can use to get rid of fleas in our house. We have three (indoor) cats and this year the fleas are real bad. We bought $120.00 of this stuff directly from the site, waited 7 days for it to arrive and were so excited to use and solve our flea problem. The product is a STINKY, STICKY, SLOPPY MESS that made all of our cats sick, gave my wife and daughter a massive headache. Our cats got sick and would not eat their food for three days. The WHOLE HOUSE STINKS, the cats are STICKY AND SMELLY.

At first I was leary about the Slendertone belt but thought I would give it a try and I am glad I did! I have been using the slimming belt for four weeks now and I have noticed that I am inches smaller! I have lost inches in my hip area and my abdomen area. It keeps track of how much you use it and it gives you a smiley face to let you know that you are doing a good job. When I started using it for the first time I had to use the extra strap because the original was too small and now I am inches away from putting away the extra strap. My tummy feels tight and is sore just like I did a work out. Thank you Slenderton for helping me get fit.

Did not clean or restore, did NOT work at all! Left the stains looking darker than before. Don't waste you money.
