I thought I had done a lot of research before purchasing these knives but I should have gone a little further. For the price you get what you pay for. I've had these for about a month and they are still holding a good edge and cut well. I have experienced some rust spotting on a few of the steak knives. The handles are light making the blades feel somewhat strange compared to what I had been using for the last 20 years. I don't feel like I will need to replace them anytime soon but I will invest a little more money next time and get either the Henckels with the two man logo (higher end) or a good set of Wusthofs. Overall I am happy with them for the money!

I am sleeping so much better at night after taking this for the past 35 days or so. I go into a deep sleep, which hasn't happened too often for many years. My mental and cognitive abilities are better than ever, and I don't get stressed as easily as I have in the past. I don't know if it helps arthritis, but it sure has helped mine! I don't seem to have as many noticeable aches and pains anymore either. I can't remember to take a pill at each meal so I take my three pills with breakfast. I will definitely continue taking this product.
