I used this product to clean our old red oak hardwood floors for quite some time. At first, I thought it worked great and the floors always looked nice any shiny and clean, but gradually over time, a dull haze began to appear on the floors. It turned out to be from the Bona cleaner. It took FOREVER to get rid of it, but our floors never looked the same again. We just had most of our home remodeled and had brand new American cherry solid hardwood floors installed in every room but our kitchen (tile) and I'll NEVER use this product ever again! If you want your floors to look great for many years, definitely avoid this product or anything similar to it. I have since learned that a very slightly dampened microfiber mop with just plain warm water works best and is safest for a floor's finish.

I think the Avast program and its add ons are wonderful. I don't have a problem with that and I would give them 5 stars for the quality of their product.
