I received this product on 11/14 and it stopped working already. I was only able to use it a handful of times and it won't even turn on already. When it did work, it did a good job at straightening my curls, but it didn't leave me with the smooth finish I was hoping for based on ad. That being said, it still was nice to have the curl brush option. Now I have to figure out if and how I can get a refund for this defective product (which I bought with birthday money given to me) . Oh, and I paid 49.99 for it to boot, and I now I see it listed for less. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.

Not as shiny as I would have liked. Compared to original Honda crossbars its dull looking and does not seal like the Honda original.

I prefer older versions of Office for the interface, but Office 2010 does what it's supposed to. Some of the functions are a little hard to find.

Really great items. I am very pleased with these shears for use in my garden and landscaping. They are very durable and sturdy, and I believe they will last and can be used a really long time. I especially wanted this set because it included the needle-nosed shears..They make cutting flowers and pruning bushes easier. I also love the handles which are comfortable and easy to grip. I recommend this set of shears, as a real good tool. Disclaimer: I purchased this product at a reduced price for my honest review.
