  • Mary L Padden - So far so good!

I am 50and by the numbers on my blood test I am in menopause. Have just come off the pill as a result of that test. Had night sweats before but after coming off the pill night swears increased, so did mood swings, depression and brain dog. Last 5 months a lot of weight gain.

  • J. Russell - No support

After I sent them a letter asking for some help just once with the Nero software I bought with my hard-earned money in 2015, Nero sent me a letter from Germany stating that they did not offer any phone or online technical support for their product. If you are a person who may need support with complex software, do not buy this product. Sure, their agents always give them top ratings--and each and every edition is supposed to be the new and super upgrade--but that's just a sales pitch disguised as a review. Any product of any type you can buy is no better than the company that makes and sells it, so "no support" is exactly the same as "bad product" and "bad company." If enough people don't buy Nero, the company will step up to the plate and stand behind their products and help customers with real live help. Help yourself and help the rest of us by not buying Nero until they have the technical support that respects the customers' money that goes to pay their company bills and to support them and their families. Thank you.

I purchased this October 10 2014 intending it as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Third week of December she installed it. At least she tried to. It downloaded without difficulty but when she attempted to activate it the problems began. First they needed a password. After the PW was entered they said the account wasn't activated so could not proceed. When attempting to activate they again balked saying she needed a PW. Back and forth it went, a round robin. Finally, in an attempt to access customer service it resulted in repeated requests for an extension, no other menu choices offered. Unable to speak to a real live person she gave up for the time being. Again attempting to contact customer service on Monday the 22nd she finally was placed on hold...for over two hours. Tried again later, again on hold for hours. I now know why so many of the reviews of Kaspersky's customer 'service' are so negative. Place this among them. Customer 'service' indeed! Avoid Kaspersky

As expected for the price. Copied software which does not allow password entering. The video and sound do work, but unable to change any settings due to software.

  • glfchx - At nearly $200, QB Pro should include payroll

For many years, payroll tax tables were included with QuickBooks, which made it easy and convenient to manage a simple payroll within the program. When they dropped the payroll tax tables, I started doing all the calculations in Excel and entering them into QB manually. We have just 2 salaried employees, so it's not rocket science. With a tight budget, it's not worth paying extra for the convenience. IMO if QuickBooks doesn't include at least payroll tax tables, Intuit shouldn't label the product "Pro".
