Got this book on the recommendation of my naturopath. All I can say is, it works! The author writes in a very simple style so that the concepts are easily understood. I would highly recommend this book and the earthing concept to anyone who is having health difficulties.

We purchased the 14 piece set last year - we have two steak knives that whose handles just crumbled - we didn't overuse these knives because we thought they were lousy to begin with - dull and hard to use. Should have returned the whole set but couldn't find the receipt. Save your money = don't bother purchasing this junk.

this is a very delicious drink with mango juice combined and so easy to take.I will be ordering this again and again. thank you
