I have definitely seen an increase in my milk supply since starting these supplements. I've been pumping and feeding her from a bottle with 3 ounce feedings every 3 hours or so and still have at least 15 ounces to put in the freezer for future feedings! Before this product, I was struggling with having enough to feed her and didn't have any left over to store.

I'm on my second bottle and can see improvement in my hair growth and my nails aren't broking as easily as they were. My hands are not as dry as before and are much softer almost as soft as they used to be.

I have been taking these pills for quiet a few days now to help boost my weight loss. I like the fat that I am not as Hungary. I don't get the gitters like other pills. It also helps block your fat intake and increases your metabolism. I feel if I continue to take these natures burn in will lose a good amount of weight with my diet and exercise.
