totally disappointed in this product does not work as advertised waste of money stick with tried and true products from now on

Pros: Lightweight, easy to carry (I was worried it would be too big for my small hands but it's fine), does great job keeping beverages cold, easy to clean.

I think the product is working ok on one pc, I ordered it for three pc's. I Can Not install it on my windows xp pc.
