I had been using TaxCut for a number of years before the name was changed to H&R Block At Home. After the name was changed to H&R Block At Home, I still continued to use it. I think that it gets a little better each year. It is simple to use, easy to follow, it works well and it meets my needs. In the 2012 version, you still get 5 Federal e-Files. This is really more than I need. Who really needs more than one e-file (unless someone is doing taxes for their entire family)? I usually purchase the H&R Block H&R Block At Home Deluxe + State. I would recommend it to others.
My wife stopped using it, a lot of issues, even with the maintenance, it started to have many flaws, and when you think it's fixed then other problem shows up. Waste of money!
I tried this game having loved (ie. sweated and hated) Jillian's 30 day shred videos and having tried wi fit plus, EA active and EA More Games, and Golds Gym. I hoped Jillian's would flow from one excercise to the next without the annoying 2 minute lag in some of the other games but give her "style" because EA is rather cold. This is just stupid! It's a tiny amount of exercises, all of which are too easy or too difficult for the average user, and it takes forever just to build a routine (the prebuilt routines are dumb). I found myself hitting "skip" and giving up after a couple workouts because I was so frustrated with the game I was not even working out. It's LESS motivating than a DVD because you can flick your wrist and the game registers are "movement complete" and I'd rather at least see a real person do the excercise if the game is not going to require ME to do it. EA is much better at reading YOUR moves and forcing you to actually exercise to be able to play, and the limited amount of exercises in this looks like something an amature creator did in a couple days and not like something that should have Jillians name. Just glad I didn't pay for it!
