could not use either of two I bought, pump on one was broken on arrival the second broke on first use. I use and love other Gold Bond products, but, I'd never buy this again. Doesn't deserve the one star.

We bought this for our grandson who was so congested. We tried the nose frieda, but felt like we were developing asthma when we tried to use it. It worked, but we were not able to use it long enough to have full effectiveness. The baby vac provided excellent continuous suction. I tried it on myself first and it even worked on me. My grandson did not fight the suction as he had previously. It is gentle but effective. I have removed one star because the mucus did get into our vacuum, no damage done, because it did not flow into the hole correctly. Despite this it was very easy to rinse blow the water out and reuse. This product cleans up well and includes a thin brush to help with cleaning.

Looks great..install good but challenging 4 stars because no instructions. Just easier to install if instructoons were there.

I'm VERY disappointed to discover the state e-filing was not included (there is an additional $20 for state e-filing).

Older versions worked just fine. Always 'New and improved' seems to have a problem. My Laptop, (IBM) has a hidden image portiton for emergency recreation of the drive. For some reason, this version sees the hidden partition as unrecognizable. It will not boot to the hidden image! I have been working with Acronis support, (a little slow), with no luck. They have tried fixes three times, but it is still broken. It did, however 'Clone' my drive, just not the hidden image. Older version I used several years ago worked just fine. Shame I don't have that copy anymore.

I normally have no interest in short stories, preferring the longer vehicle that allows for more character development. This was well written, but hardly worth the brief time it took to read. Hoping to see more of Crosswhite's story.
