This product works as described. I still have problems like a teenager, even though I have not seen the teenage years for quite awhile! I have found my skin looks so much better! My hair already grows fast, so may need to have it. It every three weeks instead of every four to five weeks as I wear my hair very short!

Crime is all over the islands and Hawaii 5-0 is on the job and up to the task. Stories are unique and interesting. There is good chemistry through out the cast. We don't hear too many "book em' Dano" in the show. I miss that phrase from the original 5-0 TV show. The beautiful Hawaii Scenery can be breath taking. I have all five seasons. Don't be left out.

I am 62 so need a little help staying thinnish (thin is no longer possible I think) and I have noticed in the 9 months or so I've been on CLA that if I take it my middle is smaller. Period. Just my belly- this product hasn't helped me reduce around my waist however. So it very specifically targets belly fat I think. I always take about half what's recommended though for money reasons. I would go broke if I took the full dosage of anything folks.
