Tribalism-nationalism-and a concentration on ME genes without enough balance in WE genes and globalism is short changing what's necessary today. But the book provokes thought and is good start.

The Creme Brûlée is a great product and works best when used with the Keravada HtydroMax Co Wash and Caramel Soufflé Leave In. I work out intensely 5 days a week and wear my hair in a wash and go style everyday. My hair is 4a kinky curly/coily, low porosity with a 8-9 spring factor (80-85 shrinkage), and extremely frizzy. I have used the KeraVada Creme Brûlée with other brand of products and have the best results when used with the other KeraVada products. After using only the KeraVada products for over a month, my hair is moisturized from wash day to day 6, with a day 3 refresher with Keravada Soufflé. These products are amazing, I have healthier and easier to manage hair.

Great all around indoor ball. The grip allows me to set the ball fairly descent; additionally I can get a really good standing floater serve in. The only thing that concerns me is that I do have to check the PSI before every use. It does seem to require some air more often than not; but then again this is my first ball I've ever purchased so I don't know if all balls require that or not. Either way, this is my go to ball.

I've read the cookbook cover to cover and it's simply wonderful! I love how you can still make the slow cooker recipes on the stove if you don't feel comfortable leaving it on all day long. The recipes are simple but look delicious. I can't wait to cook thru ur whole book like I did with the first one! So far... I've made the Greek tostadas, grilled cheese with Brussels and apples, dad's cauliflower soup, cauliflower potato tacos, and shrimp & artichoke quinoa bowls. All were easy and so delicious!!! I'm so happy to own this cookbook I love skinnytaste!

Before getting Soda Stream's Fountain Jet, if I wanted a low-carb soda sweetened with Splenda instead of Aspartame, I had to travel well beyond my nearby Walgreen's and Safeway over to Lucky and pray they had Pepsi One or Diet Zero in stock. That's all. Everything else has Aspartame (which for me is Headache City, population OHGODMAKEITSTOP).

I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Readers Copy of this book. This story starts with Jodie who is home for the weekend from college does evil tear her family away from her. Jodie sees her family dead in home and then her mother is killed right in front of her. Unknown until recently to Jodie her family is important in the Irish Mob. After the Italian mob finishes their job that they take Jodie and hold her hostage. Dante is told he will be responsible with the mafia princess and they want him to break her down and become a submissive sex slave to sell. Dante does not agree with hurting women or the sex trade they are getting into and has a hard time treating her badly. Once Jodie and Dante spend some time together do they learn to understand each other. Jodie has a chance to escape but does not take it? Will it be her biggest mistake once her life has been taken from her? Dante and Jodie face much danger. Can they escape the mob to have a happy life? I really enjoyed this story and characters good and bad ones.
