Dr. Llaila Afrika has written a very extensive and thorough book on health as it relates to black people and our true nature of being. I find this book to be very constructive in assisting with maintaining mind, body, and spirit. Very helpful information!

I have been taking this for about 2 weeks now. I have noticed that my tummy has gone down even if the scale doesn't agree. The best part about this product is that it is lowering my stress and I am actually sleeping well. I haven't slept this well in years - seriously. I can't believe it. It is wonderful.

I watched this video many times; I live the players, all of them and the scenery and their travels...It was exciting to see this version of the end of the world: this country, other countries and all these people embarking on an unknown journey to safety. This was a great movie.

Fantastic album all around. Very few albums don't have a single missed track that ends up not being very good and their are a few that aren't too great but the amazing songs far outweigh the ones that are only mediocre. Get Right, Sure and Certain, You Are Free, etc. are all great tracks and this album is worth a listen for sure and worth a purchase.
