I think this is a great product for many reasons. It is one of the more natural meal replacement/protein shakes, I haven't experienced a dive in blood sugar levels which usually leads to light-headedness or hypoglycemia, it gives me energy to exercise and live like a human being, not a hungry zombie, and doesn't taste sugary or sweet.

The big issue I have with this is the Customer Service, forget about the product. First off, I ordered the Meaningful Beauty iAnti Aging n the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep. Big mistake. I accidently clicked on the FREE vitamins and started receiving them. I DO NOT WANT THE FREAKIN VITAMINS FOR $32.94 each month and didn't know I ordered them. OMG, I've returned them, unopened, cancelled, and they still are sending me them and billing me. I'm going to loose my s*** with this. I just called now, and they had no record of my cancelling the vitamins so they are sending them!!!! I told the woman I need documentation of this conversation and she said she will refund my money and the order is cancelled. Having said that, this is is SCAM. Do not order this. Go to CVS and buy some anti aging creme off the shelf. Don't give out your credit card number. They suck.

This product works well as a desk attachment. It has helped me to correct my posture to a large degree when sitting long hours was hurting my back. A raised desk surface is a useful pairing with this item to configure a work area for standing, even if its as simple as a cardboard box and a cutting board. Some of the hex screws are not as durable as i would have hoped, but i haven't broken any yet. The treads are fine, but the hexs are wearing out. Adjustments require unscrewing a couple hex screws so do not expect super fast adjustments, I leave mine permanently elevated. The hex screws are my reason for not giving 5 stars. Really though, for the price and function its the best one out there so I've come back and given it 5 stars after all.
