  • Lisa - Good product, but customer service is practically non-existant

    The only thing that I would say about the Living Cookbook is that it is supposed to be excellent, however, if you have a problem downloading it as I did it is almost impossible to keep a conversation going with customer service as they do not have a phone number to contact them. When they requested that I submit was was happening by via e-mail when I was downloading the program versus having it shipped as I wanted to begin using it right away I submitted an e-mail and it has been over 24 hours and I still have not heard back. If you do buy the program as it has been recommended by chefs in my field to get it as it seems like it is a great program-get it, but have it shipped to you in case something happens as the customer service is not up to par in my book.

    Garden shears are made cheap like from dollar store. I had to file a screw sticking out from the blade, no quality control. They cut pretty well though.

    I read the reviews before buying this product and it looked very positive. However, after 3 weeks of using it twice a day, I don't really see a difference at all.

    Exactly as stated, I love that the car seat "clicks in" to this adapter. It makes me feel much better about taking it out on the road, it feels very secure! It easily snaps on and off the stroller.

    I am in no means a yoga mat expert, but this mat has exceeded my expectations. Based on all the reviews, I thought I would be slipping and sliding around but I haven't had that issue yet. I would highly recommend this mat!
