Really great natural sleep aid. I take this at night about a half an hour before bed and by the time that I'm ready to lay down I feel very comforted and relaxed. And it's easy to fall asleep. I have tried a few sleep aids and I have to say that this one is been one of my favorites. I have to take one every night to be able to get a decent night's rest as I do tend to toss and turn but this it has helped me feel a lot more rested. I was able to review this product at a discounted rate for my honest opinion.

As a health application thermometer, it is the most accurate I've tried. With the switch in the other position, it is excellent for determining the temperature of tea and other foods where one does not wish to risk a scalded tongue.
