Its alright. There's a handle for you to carry the box at the top, but then, there's nothing to hold the top part to the bottom part. So if you try lifting the box up by the top handle, the top part will come right off. Kinda silly

I must just be one of those people who react to the high dose of biotin. This made me break out worse than when I was a teenager. I felt like a leper. I was embarrassed to even go out in public. It took forever to figure out what the cause of the breakouts were, but the moment I stopped taking this it all cleared up. I would also note that I am and have always been a ridiculously hydrated person. My coworkers even give me a hard time about it. Drinking massive quantities of water did nothing to combat this side effect. Be aware.

I've used this for sometime now and saw it on Amazon and ordered. After looking more closely to the price, I could have gotten the same thing at the store for about $6.00 less. It would pay to check on some things before ya order. I will from now on. Just didn't give it much thought at the time. I'll keep it as a lesson learned for future reference. Still a good product but just a little over-priced. I consider that....my own fault for not paying attention.

Works well. If anything, this feels like a Vitamin supplement, and it actually gives me an energy boost. I did not do a full control test, but it seems to be better than not taking anything before and after drinking. I would buy again.
