This replaced a 23-year-old spring mattress, so I can't say how it compares to memory foam, latex, what-have-you. But this mattress feels great. It's definitely like nothing else I've felt before. Lying on the mattress feels like you're being held: I feel equal pressure along my body where it comes in contact with the mattress. With my old mattress, I'd feel more pressure on my hip and shoulder (I'm a side-sleeper), but not with this one. This makes you feel like you weigh less, if that makes sense. We've only had the mattress for about 3 days so far, and I was expecting to take a week or more to adjust to the new feel, but I'm definitely sleeping more soundly already, and not shifting positions all through the night.

My name's Grace and I am a teenager who deals with Moderate acne. I have struggled with acne since I was 13 and have tried multiple products and some have worked. I used a prescription that was given to me for two years and then my face began to be burned by the product I was using so I knew I had to get something else for my acne. My friend recommended this too me and said it worked great for her. For me, it did not. I have oily skin, especially in the T-zone of my face and I used this acne system for about three days and all it did was made my face very shiny and oily and it was bad. It seemed like my acne got worse after using it. I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin people but maybe I'm just an oddball. But this product did not work for me but if you don't have oily skin I would give it shot, what do you have to lose.

It's an improvement for sure, but it's a LOT of work if you have bleached out white ring areas as all these areas will turn dark. Also leaves an oily residue behind that is a PIA to deal with as it continues to give off a slick oily film and touch on/to everything. Holy Grail it's not, but it works good enough to warrant the small cost, just expect little from it before use and you'll be pretty pleased.

As a beginner (73ys old and one bad eye) I found this Singer 4411 to be easy to thread and use. Frankly I wanted an inexpensive machine capable of sewing heavy materials and not pink in color or have daffodils painted on. The instruction booklet was easy to follow and had good illustrations for setting up the machine. It seems well-made.

Hello, I am writing in response to not the body Ecology book, but rather the body Ecology products. Specifically the vitality supergreens. I do not like to use the word amazing, but that is the best word to describe this product. I started taking this product for about a week now, and noticed a significant difference in the way I feel. I was diagnosed four years ago with celiac disease, and I am trying to heal my small intestine as much as possible.. This product works!!!!!! All natural, nothing artificial. Good Stuff, very clean!!!
