There is no way of getting the State update that you paid for. Keeps on wanting to charge me. Three days of fighting this crap and still no tax return. I figured out how to get my customer ID and PW. By first clicking on "I forgot my customer ID" and giving my Amazon email. Then I click on "I forgot my password" and provide my customer ID at which point I can reset my PW. But the web site knows nothing about my account, my orders, there are no available downloads. So I wonder how can I have an account and it has no awareness of me as a customer? The 1040 update fails half way through and directs me to the same website for manual downloads which are non existent. This company has no idea what they are doing. Stupid me for reading all of the pain that everyone was experiencing and still buying the product anyway.

I've used Hallmark software for years and haven't had any problems until now. I purchased the 2012 Deluxe version with bonus software. I have a Windows XP desktop and a Windows Vista desktop. On the Windows XP desktop, the software installed okay, but when I tried to create an email version of the card with either sound or music or combination of both, neither of them worked upon playback. I repeated this a few times and even uninstalled and reinstalled, but I encountered the same issue. I sent an email to customer support but they wrote back trying to tell me how to make an email card, which wasn't the issue. I made the card correctly, I've been doing it for years.

I love this, especially when I just want my hair to dry naturally. See I have curly/wavy hair and sometimes I don't have time to straighten it. But I can use this and it leaves my waves soft and not frizzy.

had high hopes for this "miracle" product, I am usually very wary of infomercials etc but after seeing so many positive youtube clips and instant transformations before my eyes from ordinary people I ordered this to try. I am so glad I only ordered 1 vial as I was extremely disappointed with the results. As for the reviewers who say anyone getting bad results must be applying it incorrectly well I say to them - there are only a couple of ways you could apply it incorrectly so sooner or later you are bound to get it right. After watching several tutorials on how to apply it correctly I still was not happy with the results, minimal difference and no matter how little / much applied I still had white marks once dried. No irritation but left my skin looking very dehydrated ( and I did moisturise well before application ) I was actually approached to distribute this product and paid the sign up fee but will not be persuing this any further as I don't believe all the hype about it after personal experience. Confirms my motto if something looks too good to be true - it usually isn't ! As with every cream/potion results can vary from person to person and there may be the majority who are very happy with it but for first timers I would advise just order a sample to try before you empty your bank account thinking it will be your miracle cure

Took awhile for the ferns to show up .. Looks different every few hours .. But on the plus side , the ferns showed up when I was close to ovulating.. I never know how
