Dr. Stephen Sinatra, San Diego cardiologist, was onboard a Crystal Cruise with us. He gave lectures in conjunction with Crystal's "Health and Wealth" program at sea. My husband and I were very impressed with Dr. Sinatra and subsequently subscribed to his health newsletter. He mentioned 'grounding' or 'earthing' in one of his lectures; however, this book which is co-authored by Sinatra and Ober explains the scientific nature of being grounded in detail. Chapter ten focuses on experiences of many different people who have tried grounding/earthing and have found healing and overall improvement of health.

I've happily used this product for years, but I can't find it locally any more. Love that I can get it delivered from Amazon, and in the large salon refill size which is cheaper.

Works well for the light/white wispy hairs on face but not sure if it would be a good product for darker thicker hairs. My blades seem to start to get rust on them pretty quickly, even when used on a dry face and stored in a dry location(makeup bag).

I'm planning a trip to Iceland July 2016 with family and this book has been very helpful in putting together an itinerary. The information isn't too dense, the pictures are beautiful, and a lot of really great advice is included. I love the pull out map and links to various websites for additional information.

Did not work for me. These are probably better suited for someone with a small amount of stubborn belly fat. Not really for the big girls, unless you have the money to purchase this treatment 20 or 30 times. If you are of large stature, its best that you lose the weight first and then use these to firm up the skin.

I am black man who stumbled on this product while I was searching for a aftershave product that has no alcohol because I believe that does more damage than good to your skin. This product is great and I really prefer this to all men and women of different skin types. Not only do i apply this to my beard but also all around my face. I suggest that you use a half a cotton ball (simply by tearing the cotton ball in half) when applying the product to avoid wasting it.

I am 5 months pregnant and just became educated on ingredients in the products I have been applying to my hair and skin. So often we don't think past the food we are ingesting when we worry about chemicals. This product contains at least 4 ingredients (PEG-8, Yellow 5, Propylparaben, methylparaben) that are known carcinogens, can effect your liver and kidneys and endocrine systems. Remember, if it can effect your body it can effect you baby. I have been using a product called Belli Elasticity Belly Oil that has all natural ingredients. I got it on and it may be spendy but I love the way it makes my skin feel. I will continue to use the Belli products even after my baby is born!
