I like it so far, however I am not able to find additional charger/cords for it - having only 1 is very disappointing and time consuming. If someone could help me to locate additional charging cord?
This is by far the best multiplayer experience when it comes to war games, totally changed the experience for the better, plus graphics are insane
Whew!! That's the first word that comes to my mind. It surfaced in my thoughts numerous times as I was reading this tale. This book is overwhelming. I had always heard tales about Shackleton and this was a most compelling read. I found myself unable to put it down. It just grabs a hold of you and won't let go. Alfred Lansing did a superb job of storytelling here. It is one of the most amazing tales of human courage and endurance ever written. This is a fabulous story. Sir Ernest Shackleton truly displayed extraordinary mettle in spite failing to achieve the initial objective. His leadership is undeniable. He held a crew together to endure the harshest climate on the planet. That the entire crew survived the venture is testament to the power of the human spirit. The will to survive can attain soaring heights as this tale suggests. Lansing attempts to get into the nature of the different men but he allows their diaries to dictate the writing. This is great because supposition by authors of nonfiction can be fatuous. Drawing excerpts from the diaries of the men is a way to draw upon the incredible human drama and psychology that must have unfolded in this venture. The obstacles encountered by the crew are staggering. The wind, the dampness, the bitter cold and the long months of darkness in the winter seem like more than any man should be able to stand. They slept in wet sleeping bags in sub-freezing temperature; ate unappetizing foods; and still managed to keep their hopes alive. These were not accommodations up to Hyatt standards. One wonders how many people today would be tough enough to triumph over these hardships. The pain, ennui and discomfort must have been staggering. I found myself just shaking my head with awe at numerous passages in the book. These are men who went to Hell and came back alive. That is remarkable in and of itself. This book is a classic account of one of man's most remarkable journeys. Read it and discover for yourself.
I LOVE this umbrella! There is so much detail that went into it. When you first open the box the umbrella is in its own bag with a shoulder strap. Once you remove the umbrella you see the pretty design on the bottom part, there is also a pretty design on the umbrella bottom that goes around it. I really like the handle, its big enough to go on your wrist and its made in the c shape so it doesnt fall off easily. The coolest part about this umbrella is how it opens. You press a button and push up like you would any unbrella and it just pops out backwards. It sounds crazy but it looks amazing in person. I received this product for free or at a discount on return for my honest review.
I don't listen to a lot of pop music, nor am I into dancing all that much. But, get the family together with this game, and...odd things happen. It's fun, but it's easy to see that the dance moves aren't 100% accurate with detection..somebody really trying will win most often, but other people doing Russian Leg Kicks and randomly swinging their arms also gets plenty of points, which also makes it pretty fun.
I docked one star off just because they didn't include a recipe for BUTTERBEER. I was kind of crushed on that one. But, the recipes I have tried from this book are top notch!! Seriously good stuff. My favorite part of the book is that each recipe has a quote from where that food is mentioned in the Harry Potter series. That must've taken so much time! But I really appreciated all that effort because it was so fun! We threw a Harry Potter party on July 31st and I made the herb roasted chicken, the mashed potatoes, the cinnamon pull-apart dessert, and Honeydukes bon bons. Fabulous recipes and instructions, it was one of the most delicious meals I've ever had! I felt like Mrs. Weasley! :) It's a fun book, and you can tell there was a ton of effort put into it.
