If you have already read Apollyon Rising then I would not waste spending the extra money. There was very little new information. However, if you haven't read Appoylon Rising then I think this book will give you some great insight into things to come.

The information points you in the right direction but there is a good chunk that is just WRONG. Check the pyrimidines and purines.. this guide gets them completely backwards. Best bet to go with ATI sanctioned study guide

i investigated several different fitness bands, I decided to buy the moov. I impressed with its simplicity and sleekness . The coaching tool has helped me improve my walking and biking and i feel I have improved more with the moov than without . I would recommend the moov to anyone who wants to get fit .

I've been following the instructions, 2 a day everyday. It's been 2 months and I have seen a difference. Nothing spectacular (an earlier poster did say it would take 6 months to see a drastic change). For the HUGE, ENORMOUS, RIDICULOUS increase in the price from 50 something to 80 something, I will not be continuing with these pills. I think the price increase is just ridiculous and not worth it. I will continue the natural way and just do my morning runs and squats and stuff. If you feel like paying that much for these pills, for at least 6 months to see a big change, then go ahead. If not, then don't bother.

This is a great product! It smells good and seems to clean my hair better than some others I've used, while at the same time, not drying it out.

I don't think you can find these in stores for this price, so getting them from Amazon is a great deal! I like to keep these on hand in case a urinary tract infection pops up. These do an amazing job of relieving the pain and discomfort of UTIs.
