This is NOT an easy read. I'm about halfway thru it and finding it tedious. A lot of information but his style of not liking paragraphs makes it hard to take it all in. I'm having to work too hard to get thru this, not sure if I'll finish. I'm starting to skip sections now - that's not a good sign.

well to start off I am pretty reluctant when it come to weight loss products, so I was not to confident this would work for me. I rely on amazon reviews like most of us do and I received this product at a discount for my giving an honest review. I ordered the pills because of the good reviews they received, so I figured what the heck give it a try. They were shipped very fast and received right on time. After opening the the product box I read the directions which were easy to understand and right to the point. You need to take 2 pills three times a day about 20 min. before you eat a meal. and that's all there is to it. I have taken these pills for about 3 weeks now and have lost about 6 pounds and feel great. My cloths fit me better and the pills really do make you feel not hungry , so no random snacks during the day for me anymore. I am very happy with the results so far and ready for the weight loss to continue . product is all natural so no worries about not knowing what you are putting in your body.
