    I have used for almost a month. Although I am exercising and doing leg strengthing exercises for my knees. I do see an improvement. Don't know if it is the arthri D3 or the exercises

    I ordered this book for my mother-in-law who saw a TV show recently that spoke about this book. Little did I know that I was not able to buy it locally. The book actually arrived well before the estimated date and it was an excellent condition along with the CD. I'm glad that it came when it did because little did I know my sister-in-law and brother-in-law where also looking for it but couldn't find. Wish you could have seen the smile on her face when we gave her the book and CD! As well as the look of my sister and brother in law! : ) Thanks for such quick service!
