The charcoal toothpaste works in terms of whitening. HOWEVER, and this is a big however what I noticed was my gums would recede to the point where they became sore and blistered...and when I flossed they would BLEED and that rarely happens to me. I think there's something in this product that is very harsh; it feels like tiny pieces of glass has been pulverized and that's what I'm brushing my teeth with. Maybe it's juts me because I haven't come across any other reviews about this, but now I'm using this 1-2 times a week and being very gentle when I'm brushing.

Hubby and I saw them in concert in July 2012. Immediately wanted this DVD. Played it right away and was not disappointed. Have most of their music but really enjoy concert DVD's. This one is great. A couple of spots where the sound seemed like it was coming out of a slightly blown speaker but did not happen often enough to bother us. Any CSN fan will dig this!!

This book is quite short and yet very detailed and instructional. It actually contains all the necessary meditation techniques i would be needing. It also gave me hint on how to start meditating too. I am very happy to have a book guide me through in this. It is really awesome.

These are way too big for my 13 year old to swallow. I somehow thought they were chewable... I kept trying to get her to take it by cutting them in thirds, but have decided to give up and throw them out as my window for returning them has closed.

I have used Versa Check for years but had to upgrade to a newer version when I got Windows 7. This version (Silver 2012) is even easier to set up because the banks have been updated in the system.
