When the bicycle arrived, way sooner than anticipated, I was amazed at how easy it was to put together. I had it done in about 20 minutes. I ordered the 22" extra tall bike, and that is exactly what I got. I was surprised at the height, and I love it. It shifts smooth, both up, and down, and the front derailleur, works just as smooth as the back does. With both wheels having the disk brakes, the ease of stopping is amazing, and smooth. The seat seems a little hard, but, I haven't rode for a couple of years, so I am sure that I will get accustomed to it. It is a wonderful bike, and, the miles seem to just fall behind riding it. I highly recommend this bike to all who love to feel the wind in their face. Thank you.

I like this kit a lot. It's really easy to use and I have seen a slight difference. I only left mine on for 15 minutes 2 days in a row. I was really nervous about getting it on my gums so I used it differently and I had no problems with painful gums. I used a small, clean makeup brush to gently brush on the gel on to each tooth instead of just putting little beads in the mouth trays. When the mouth trays hit your teeth, the beads flatten and go right up into the gums and it just sits there on them causing irritation. If you brush a small amount on the teeth you are really putting it just where you want it. I took photos of my teeth before and after and I can see the slightest difference in whiteness. Now, this wasn't like glowing teeth afterward but it did remove a bit of yellow stains..I drink a lot of tea so I am happy with my results so far. My teeth used to get really sensitive when I did the Crest whitestrips but so far I have had no sensitivity whatsoever and no stinging. I received this kit at a discount in exchange for my honest review. If you can keep the gel off the gums, you should have no problems. Lots of product for many uses and packaged securely.

This product works well...I've actually had to use it twice. But be prepared with a protein mask and your next hair color. I removed dark blonde from my medium light blonde hair and it looked ok but could use another coloring. In the past I removed red from light blonde with no problems. I feel like they should include a protein mask in the box since I think you need it whether or not you recolor after. It definitely helps give your hair some repair and shine as well as strength. I used a protein conditioner and then did an egg mask for 20 minutes. Worked well and helps with recolor in right away.

Holy cow is this brand good!!!!! I was taking LEF brand, since that is what I had on hand already and that one did make a difference, but this Jarrow formula is SO much more potent for me (hubby also) We notice our energy level going up, up, up within 15 minutes of taking it and the feeling lasts and lasts. For those seemingly complaining it takes too long to dissolve, THAT is the whole point. The longer the better, shoot for an hour or more if possible! I put it between the cheek and gum, as it lasts longer than under my tongue. For those that are not noticing any increased energy or just a feeling of better well being, maybe other things like your base vitamins / nutrition are not in order, or possibly you don't need. If you need this variety of b12, my feeling is that you will see some difference. This is by FAR the best b 12 we have ever used. There were 2 other brands we tried that did basically nothing for us, names escape me right now.

If you're applying to medical school this book will give you a lot of useful information! especially if you are applying to a lot of schools.
