  • i2ehan - No updates?

As a current owner of First Aid 2010 (which was used as an accessory, alongside my basic sciences), I purchased the 2011 edition in order to stay up to date. However, this edition is virtualy one and the same as the 2010 edition, with the exception of the following:

  • Jose Acevedo - 55mm instead of 58mm

In the item description said 58mm but when I received it I realized that they were 55mm. It is disrespectful to customers.

  • MargiesCuties - I love RoC Retinol

I love RoC Retinol. I have used it for 15 years. I am 52 and I get compliments on my skin almost everyday. I have never had Botox or any other injections or treatments.

  • Eccentric - Best B-12 Vitamins I have tried

Awesome. I spent my entire life battling social anxiety disorder. I hate all the meds on the market and especially their side effects. After taking a product called True Calm by now foods; I realized my anxiety disorder was caused by my b-6 and b-12 deficiencies. It sucks to have suffered all these years; spent all that money on doctors, shrinks and meds; only to learn all I needed was some very cheap B-vitamins. At 38 I finally have a normal life. Shame on the medical community; they always knew this but they can't patent vitamins and make money off them so they don't tell you how helpful they are. They make money by keeping us sick. Back on topic, be careful not to get the B-12 vitamins that contain cyanide(cyanocobalamin).
